摘  要:建立了顶空进样-气相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(HS-GC-MS/MS)法检测海产品中的7种苯系物。海产品经过90℃温育和振荡平衡40 min顶空进样,HP-INNOWax色谱柱分离,程序升温,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下GC-MS/MS检测,外标法定量。结果表明,7种苯系物在3. 0~100. 0μg/kg的浓度范围内呈线性,相关系数均在0. 99以上,方法检出限为1. 5~2. 5μg/kg,定量限为3. 0~5. 0μg/kg,平均回收率在82. 7%~114. 4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于9. 9%。用建立的方法测定了东海海域不同海产品中7种苯系物的含量。该法适合海产品中苯系物残留量的测定。A method based on gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS/ MS)with headspace was developed for the determination of 7 benzene series in seafood.The samples were incubated at 90℃ and oscillated for 40 min,then identification and quantification of the concentrate was carried out in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)mode after GC separation on a HP-INNOWax column by headspace,using external standard method.The target compounds were detected in a linear dynamic range of 3.0 -100.0μg/kg with a linear determination coefficient (r^2) greater than 0.99.LOD and LOQ were 1.5 -2.5μg/kg and 3.0 -5.0μg/kg,respectively.The recoveries were in the range of 82.7%-114.4%and the relative standard deviations (RSD)were below 9.9%.The method was suitable for the determination of 7 benzene series in seafood.
