摘　　要：新时代医学院校"工匠精神"的培育既是"新问题",也是"老难题"。为真正抓住制约医学院校"工匠精神"培育的关键变量及影响因素,文章着眼于"工匠精神"的四个范畴:传统意蕴、内涵新解、现状成因、治理路径,以广东肇庆医学高等专科学校为分析样本,通过问卷调查、量化分析、回归分析等方法,实证研究医学院校医学生"工匠精神"培育的现状与成因,并提出了通过校园职业文化"ECCP"模式培育医学生"工匠精神"的治理路径。The cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in medical colleges in the new era is both a"new problem"and an"old problem".To get he key variables and influencing factors that restricted medical colleges"spirts",the article focuses on"spirit"of the four categories:traditional connotation,the causes of the connotation of the data processing,the present situation and the path of governance.Zhaoqing in Guangdong medical college as analysis samples,through questionnaire investigation,quantitative analysis and regression analysis methods,empirical research on medical school doctor students"spirit"to foster the present situation and the cause of,and put forward by professional culture"ECCP"model to foster medical students"spirit"of governance path.
