摘  要:劳动教育作为全面发展教育的重要组成部分,对促进学生的健康成长和社会的进步具有重要意义。在新的时代背景下,劳动教育的内涵必将呈现出新的特点。在立场上,在劳动教育中充分实现教育与生产劳动的"实质"而非"形式"的结合;在内容上,体现一种发展的教育观,重视闲暇教育和消费教育;在功能上,强调劳动之于个体的存在性价值,以赋予个体在劳动教育中获得自我存在的价值感和意义感,丰富其关系属性并提升其审美人格;在实践上,培育学生正确的劳动价值观和劳动态度,构建一种整合、开放性的劳动教育实践体系。Labor education,a significant integral part of well-rounded education,plays an important role in students’ healthy upgrowth and social progress. In the new era,it will be characterized by new connotations. In terms of thestandpoint,the new labor education will adequately achieve the "substantial" rather than "superficial" integration ofeducation with labor;in terms of the content,it will show a progressing educational philosophy by putting great emphasison leisure education and consumer education;in terms of the functions,it will stress the existence of individuals in thelabor to enable them to acquire a sense of self-existence and meaningfulness,enrich their relational attributes,andimprove their esthetical faculties;and in terms of practice,it will help students develop correct labor-oriented values andattitudes,and build an integrated and open system for the practice of labor education.
