摘 要:立德树人是当前高校工作的根本任务,高校在立德树人过程中要重视整体性、全局性和时代性的统一,系统落实立德树人根本任务。通过对全国12所高校落实立德树人根本任务现状调研发现,在教师层面上,高校教师能够理性认识立德树人根本任务,期待更好地落实。在学生层面上,高校学生接受、认同立德树人根本任务,也反映了对协同推进的要求。高校要着力从三个维度构建协同机制,提升立德树人实效,即实现立德树人全员全过程全方位运行的主体协同,实现立德树人内涵要求全面贯通的内容协同,实现立德树人有效推进的合力共为的方法协同。At present,high morals molding and people-oriented cultivation of talents are a fundamental task incolleges and universities,which are supposed to attach importance to the integrated and unified performance of the task.According to a survey of 12 colleges and universities across China,the teachers have a rational understanding of thefundamental task,and expect it to be performed smoothly,and the students accept the fundamental task,and expect it tobe carried out collaboratively. Accordingly,colleges and universities should establish a coordinated mechanism toimprove the effectiveness of the fundamental task;specifically,a collaborative,whole-process,and all-roundperformance of the task by all members,as well as a complete grasp of the connotations of the task,is needed,andeffective methods must be used to push forward the task collaboratively.
