摘 要:高职院校顶岗实习的要素具体包括:实习生、学校、实习单位、实习时间、实习内容与方式、实习管理等。在顶岗实习过程中,由于主客观原因,不乏教育管理主体缺位、管理理念落后、管理制度机制尚不完善、管理模式有待探索、管理的系统平台有待开发建设、管理成效不显著等诸多问题。基于增值服务的高职生实习管理模式,要点包括:融价值创造于实习任务、变实习管理为增值服务;以共同创造价值、满足各自需求为内在驱动;以完善政策激励、强化约束机制为外在驱动;系统整合、协同管理。The elements of on-the-job internship in higher vocational colleges include internship, school, internship unit, internship time, internship content and method, and internship management, etc. In the process of on-the-job internship, due to subjective and objective reasons, there are many problems, such as the absence of education management subject, backward management concept, imperfect management system and mechanism, unexplored management mode, undeveloped management system platform, and insignificant management effect. The key points of internship management mode for higher vocational students based on value-added services include: Integrating value creation into internship tasks and changing internship management into value-added services;taking jointly creating the value and meeting their needs for internal drive;taking improving policy incentive and strengthening constraint mechanism as the external drive;and systematically integrating and collaboratively managing.
