摘 要:针对航海行业的特点和学生职业发展需要,高职院校和相关航海企业联合打造"海上教学工厂"(生产性教学船),以"海上教学工厂"为平台,组建"专兼结合、水陆两栖"航海类专业双师型教学团队,创新实施了"双向四段"的工学结合人才培养模式,解决了工学结合、校企合作教学模式对于航海类学生学习与工作不能同时进行的不足,实现了学生、学校、企业三赢。In the view of the characteristics of the navigation industry and the needs of its students’ career development, higher vocational colleges combine with related marine enterprises to build a"marine teaching factory", which is actually a productive and training ship. Based on the platform of"marine teaching factory", the school has set up an amphibious, full-time and part-time teaching team with double-qualified teachers for navigation major, innovated and implemented the"two-way four section"of talent cultivation mode integrating working and learning, solved the shortage of "working-learning integrated, school-enterprise cooperation"teaching model in that learning and working of students majoring in navigation specialties can not be carried out meanwhile, and achieved the triple-win of student, school and enterprise.
