摘 要:协同治理因具有多元主体、权责利明确等多重优势而成为提高现代职业教育集团化办学成效的重要途径,它强调多元主体协同参与、共同承担、共享成果。"政校企行社"多方协同治理主体、"权责利"多元协同的治理内容和"共建共治共享"多域协同的治理方式,是现代职业教育集团化办学协同治理的生成逻辑。促进协同治理资源的整合化、协调协同治理利益的共享化、保障协同治理制度的法制化是现代职业教育集团化办学协同治理的有效路径。Because of its multiple advantages, such as multiple subjects, clear rights, responsibilities and interests, collaborative governance has become an important way to improve the effectiveness of modern vocational education. It underlines multiple subjects to participate in cooperation, shared responsibility and shared results. On the basis of understanding the concept of cooperative governance, the paper analyzes the main body of governance, the content and the way of governance of the cooperative governance of modern vocational education group. Three aspects of the integration of resources, interest sharing and legal system have constructed the effective path of cooperative governance of modern vocational education collectivization in running schools, thus continuously promoting the development of cooperative governance system of modern vocational education collectivization in running schools, and achieving the modern vocational education collectivization management of good governance.
