摘 要:目的 :比较几种不平衡氨基酸营养支持对荷瘤宿主营养状况及生存时间的影响。方法 :以荷Walker 2 5 6癌肉瘤SD大鼠为研究对象 ,空肠喂饲肠外营养制剂 10d ,按制剂中氨基酸组成的不同 ,分为 :A组 (平衡氨基酸组 )、B组 (增量精氨酸不平衡氨基酸组 )、C组 (去蛋氨酸不平衡氨基酸组 )、D组 (去缬氨酸不平衡氨基酸组 )、E组 (增量精氨酸、去蛋氨酸、去缬氨酸不平衡氨基酸组 )。宿主体重变化、血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白浓度作为衡量宿主营养状况的指标 ;并观察荷瘤宿主生存时间。结果 :B、C、D、E组与A组相比较 ,宿主体重丧失 ,血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白浓度均明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,但B、C、D、E组间比较 ,宿主体重丧失、血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白浓度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;A组宿主生存时间最短 ,E组较A、B、C、D组宿主生存时间显著延长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :荷瘤早期 ,平衡氨基酸营养支持对宿主营养状况相对保持较好 ;4种不平衡氨基酸营养支持对宿主营养状况具有同等程度的不良影响增量精氨酸、去蛋氨酸、去缬氨酸不平衡氨基酸的营养支持能显著延长宿主生存时间 。Objective: To study effect of imbalance amino acids nutrition support on host nutritional condition and survival time in tumor:bearing rats. Methods: Parenteral nutritional solution had been fed for 10 days by jejumostomy in rats bearing Walker 256 carcinosarcoma. The tumor bearing rats were divided into five different groups according to formulas of amino acids in parenteral nutritional solution respectively: Group A (balance amino acid), Group B (arginine enriched amino acid), Group C (methionine depleted amino acid), Group D (valine depleted amino acid) and Group E (complex amino acid of Arginine enriched?methionine depleted and valine depleted). Indices of rat's nutritional condition:the change of rat's weight and plasma transfer ferroprotein,peralium concerntration were measured, in addition, rat's survival time was observed. Results: The change of rat's weight and plasma transfer ferroprotein,peralium of Group B,C,D and E were significantly slower compared with Group A (P<0.01), but there were no significant difference among Group B,C,D and E (P>0.05).Rat's survival time of Group A was shortest and rat's survival time of Group E was longest in all groups. Conclusions:In the early state of tumor, nutrition support of balance amino acids benefit host's nutritional condition compared with that of imbalance amino acids. These imbalance amino acids have the same negative effect on host nutritional condition. Arginine enriched,methionine depleted and valine depleted complex amino acids can effectively enhance host survival time.
