摘　　要：协同学习是现代远程教育发展的必然趋势。文章在对协同学习对支撑环境的功能要求进行分析的基础上,针对所研制的远程教育平台存在的不足,设计了一个基于组播的协同学习环境-,介绍了它的系统组成与功能,并对其关键技术的实现WebLearningIPWebLearning+作了阐述。Collaborative learning has become an inevitable direction as modern distance education. After analyzing the function requirements for collaborative environment over supporting environment, this paper presents a novel design for an IP multicast-based --collaborative learning environmentWeblearning+ in terms of its old versionWebLearning's deficiencies, then gives an introduction of its system architecture and functions.In particular, addresses the implementation of its key techniques.
