摘　　要：高等职业教育要有效地发展,必须正确认识人才层次的定位和人才的质量要求,这离不开对市场需求的正确预测。文中对我省会计队伍的现状、存在的问题,对高等会计职业人才的市场需求状况作了分析和预测,为我省的会计职业教育提供了政策性参考依据。In order to effectively develop higher vocational education, we must have a clear view of talents category and quality requirement. To achieve this goal, the correct market demand prediction is necessity. In this article, current situation and existing problems in our province accountants faced, and the market demand for the higher accounting professional talents are all analyzed and predicted in details. This is going to provide reference for making principles in our provincial accounting provincial education.
