摘　　要：组织是管理的重要职能，对其进行研究具有理论和实践的双重意义。在信息时代，组织变革是以信息技术为基础的。对管理者而言，必须构建新型组织以保持企业未来的竞争优势。在分析了科层组织存在的问题基础上，提出了一种新型的“混合型”组织模式，即“信息时代组织”的基本内容框架。Organization is one major function of management, and the study of organization is of beth the- oretical and practical significance. In the information age, organization change is based on information technol- ogy(IT). For organization managers, it is necessary to build a new organization to maintain competitive advan- tage in the future. The problems of traditional organization in the information age are introduced, and the basic content framework of a new 'hybrid' organization model called 'information age organization'is put forward.
