摘　　要：我国长期以来形成的以行政手段为主要的治校方式 ,已无法适应经济全球化趋势下高等教育市场化走向的需要 ,高校领导者必须转变治校理念 ,革新治校方式 。The practice of administrative ruling over schools in China can no longer meet the demand of higher education when it is going into the market in the economic globalization.Leaders in colleges and universities should change their idea,make reforms and run their colleges and universities in accordance with laws.
