摘　　要：论述了为大批量检测半导体晶片的霍尔系数、电阻率、载流子浓度和迁移率等电学参数而组建的由三台Ｋｅｉｔｈｌｅｙ公司的带ＧＰＩＢ接口仪器和一套Ｏｘｆｏｒｄ公司的带ＲＳ－２３２接口仪器组成的霍尔自动测试系统；使用Ｂｏｒｌａｎｄ公司的可视化快速应用程序开发工具Ｃ＋＋Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ开发了霍尔自动测试软件，该软件具有典型Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ程序那样的全中文图形用户界面、菜单驱动的集成工作环境和完整的ｄＢＡＳＥ数据库管理功能；使用ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ自动化技术实现了在Ｃ＋＋Ｂｕｉｌｄｅｒ中对只能使用ＯｂｊｅｃｔＢｅｎｃｈ　ＢＡＳＩＣ编程控制的Ｏｘｆｏｒｄ公司的带ＲＳ－２３２接口仪器的控制．This paper discusses the Hall automatic test system that includes three Keithley's GPIB instruments and a set of Oxford's RS-232 instrument, used for measuring Hall coefficient, resistivity,carrier concentration and mobility of semiconductor slice accurately and in batches.The Hall automatic test software for windows 95/98 is developed with Borland C++Builder of a visual RAD tool for C++. This program has the integrated working environment and complete dBASE database management function of whole Chinese GUI and menu driven typical Windows program.The Oxford's RS-232 instrument once controlled only by program written in ObjectBench BASIC can be controlled in C++Builder with ActiveX automation.
