摘　　要：本文论述建设高素质的高校干部队伍 ,必须全面贯彻“四化”的方针和德才兼备的原则 ;加强高校干部队伍建设 ,关键在于抓好校级领导班子建设 ;积极推进干部人事制度改革 ;加强对干部的教育和监督管理。This article discusses the need to carry out thoroughly'Four Modernizations'policy and the principle of combination of ability and integrity for the construction of high-qualified high institutes cadres ranks.The key to strengthen the construction of cadres ranks is to construct further the leading group;to promote cadres personnel system reform and to enhance the instruction and supervision of cadres.
