牙周成形术对前牙固定修复的审美性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨前牙牙冠修复时,牙和牙周组织生物性关系的正常与否对其审美的影响。方法:应用牙周成形手术,重建牙和牙周组织的正常关系,并进行术前、术后美学修复效果的对比。结果:112牙冠部增长,6个前牙龈缘线的协调性得以调整,新修复体有良好的美学效果。结论:在牙和牙周组织生物学关系不协调时,牙周成形术对恢复前牙修复的审美效果有重要意义。Objective: Evaluate the influence of the biological relationship of the anterior teeth and their periodontium on the beauty of the anterior fixed partial denture. Methods: The normal relationship of the anterior teeth and their periodontium was re-established by means of periodontal-plasty and the beauty before and after the operation was compared. Results: The periodontal inflammation caused by the unmethodical fixed denture was controled and some crowns of the anterior teeth were extended. The gingival margin line of the anterior teeth was regulated to be agreeable . The new prosthesis looks more like natural teeth. Conclution: The periodontal -plasty is helpful for the rehabilitation of natural beauty of the prosthesis when the relationship of the teeth and their periodotium is not agreeable .
