摘　　要：介绍双喷嘴喷雾干燥和超声雾化 -低温萃取两种多肽、蛋白质类药物微囊化的新型设备 ,分别举例阐明两者的工作原理。Two novel instruments for double nozzle spray drying and cryogenic process, used in microencapsulation of peptides and proteins were introduced and their operating principles were exemplified respectively. The comparison and evaluation concerning the advantages and practicalities of these two instruments were made according to our experience of drug microencapsulation.
