摘  要:通过对几种酶制剂的液化、糖化能力以及几种防腐剂的抑菌效果进行了试验选择性比较 ,确定了在原料无蒸煮废液全回用的状态下 ,酶制剂C的适宜浓度是 0 1g酶蛋白 / 10 0g原材料 ,防腐剂B的适宜浓度是 10 0× 10 -6。在以玉米粉为原料的无蒸煮废液全回用发酵试验中 ,发酵 9天后的乙醇浓度达到 9 0 %v/v ,且酒精收得率可达到 46 5mL/kg以上的极好水平。In order to compare the liquefying and saccharfying power of several enzyme agent,as so as the preserving effect of a few antisepic,some screening tests were carried out.It was found that the enzyme agent C at a concentration of 0 1g protein per 100g raw com powder was suitable for the ethanol fermentation by a not steamed method using alcohol alcohol distillation slurry and the antisepic B at a concentration of 100×10 -6 worked well for the prevention of contamination.After 9-day fermentation,ethanol cocentration increased to 9 0%v/v and the yield of pure ethanol was more than 465 m per 100kg raw corn powder
