摘  要:主要报导了热解碳的氮离子注入处理、等离子体浸没离子注入及其血液相容性。用卢瑟福背散射、X射线衍射和喇曼光谱法分析样品的成份及结构。测试了注入前后热解碳样品的血小板粘附性能,经过注入处理的样品表面粘附较少的血小板,而且较少团簇及变形,优于临床应用的热解碳。蛋白质竞争吸附实验结果表明热解碳经PIII处理后,表面会吸附较多的白蛋白、较少的纤维蛋白原,具有更好的抗凝血性能。Nitrogen ion implantation of LTI-Carbon and its hemocompatibility were investigated. The implanted energy was 30~160keV and dose of nitrogen ions was and 8×1016~6×1017 ions/cm2 respectively. The structure and composition of samples were analysed by Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra. Platelet adhesions of LTI-carbon before and after implantation were also investigated.The results show that after nitrogen ion implantation, less platelets are adhered to the surface. Moreover, there are less conglomeration and transfiguration. PIII-treated surfaces adsorb more HSA, but less HFG than untreated LTI-carbon, which show that after PIII treatment the samples have better anticoagulation properties than LTI-carbon .
