摘　　要：本文通过分析超声波测量与激光测量的优缺点,论述激光漫反射测量原理,提出了测量接触网导高及拉出值的新方案。In this paper the excellence and defect of the laser measure and ultrasonic measure is analyzed. Measure theory of laser diffuse reflection is introduced. The new scheme of measuring the height and stagger of the contact wire in OCS is brought forward.
