中国人种前列腺癌细胞体外培养建系研究初探

摘　　要：目的 :培养建立中国人种前列腺癌细胞系 ,为了解中国人种前列腺癌细胞生长特性、进一步开展前列腺癌基因诊断和药物筛选建立方便的实验手段和模型打下基础。方法 :取手术切除的前列腺癌组织进行体外细胞培养。结果 :培养 2 4h后癌细胞成对数增殖 ,一周后癌细胞贴壁并稳定生长。结论 :此株细胞具有细胞异型明显、核浆比例倒置、多个核仁、PSA强阳性等前列腺癌细胞特性 ,它的建立对开展前列腺癌的基础及诊断。Objective: To culture and establish Chinese ethnic prostate cancer cell line, investigate its growth characterization and explore experimental methods and models of gene diagnosis and trial of drugs. Methods: The prostate cancer tissue resected was collected for cell culture. Results: The prostate cells grew logarithmically after 24 hours of culture and clung the wall after 1 week and grew stably. Conclusion: The cell line has the characteristic of prostate cancer cell, such as apparent allotypical cell, inverse proportion of cytoplasm and karyoplasms, multiple nucleoli, and strong positive PSA, and so on. The establishment of the cell line has important value on the basic investigation, diagnosis, and therapy of prostate carcinoma.
