摘　　要：根据知识经济时代的要求 ,分析知识创新对高校图书馆事业发展的重要性 。To meet the demands of the knowledge and economics of the modern times,the paper analyses the importance of the knowledge and creativeness to the development of the libraries.It also elaborates the influence exerted by the organization of the environment and the librarians' self cultivation on the creative abilities of the librarians.
