摘 要:目前棕榈酸异辛酯的工业化生产方法以化学合成法为主,其反应温度高、副反应多、酸对设备腐蚀严重、产物不易分离。本工艺采用酶法合成棕榈酸异辛酯,与化学合成法相比,具有反应条件温和、设备简单、能耗低的特点。脂肪酶经固定化后活力显著提高,酯化率可达95%,固定化酶可重复使用5批以上,具有良好的工业放大前景。At present, the main commercial manufacturing methed of iso-octyl palmitate is chemical synthesis method with high reaction temperature, more side reactions, serious corrosion of equipment by acid and difficulty in separation of products. The process using enzyme method to synthesize iso-octyl palmitate, in comparison with chemical synthesis method , is characterized by mild reaction conditions, simple facility and low energy consumption. The activity of lipase increases remarkably after immobilizing, ratio of esterification can reach 95% , and the immobilized enzyme can be used repeatedly more than five batches. This process has a good commercial application prospect.
