摘　　要：本文明确地将网络函数与参数间的双线性变换分为一般和增量、正与反,一维和多维加以研究,给出了新的结果,使双线性变换作为一种网络理论显得更加完整和系统。文中还研究了这一理论在灵敏度分析和故障诊断中的应用。The bilinear transformation in network theory is studied systematically and enriched greatly. Many new results are obtained. The bilinear transformations investigated and proposed in the paper can be classified as general and incremental, forward and inverse, or one-dimensional and multidimensional transformations. The applications of these bilinear transformations to sensitivity analysis, fault simulation and fault diagnosis of networks are discussed. Some efficient approaches to these problems are given.
