小麦子粒谷蛋白大聚合体含量的遗传模型分析

摘　　要：以 6个小麦亲本材料 ,按照Griffing方法Ⅱ组配一套杂交组合 ,利用回归系数、Wr±Vr、Wr/Vr回归图形及显性方向定位等方法 ,研究了谷蛋白大聚合体 (简称GMP)含量的遗传模型。结果表明 :不同亲本及不同组合的GMP含量存在显著差异。GMP含量的遗传模型符合加性 -显性模型 ,以加性效应为主 ,显性效应为部分显性 。A set of diallel crosses involving 6 wheat parents, according to themodel of Griffing Method Ⅱ, was made to study the genetic model of the content of glutenin macropolymer (GMP) in wheat using regression coefficient, Wr±Vr, Wr/Vr regression figure and determining dominance direction. The results indicated that the GMP contents of different parents and different cross combinations differed significantly. Gene inheritance of GMP content was fitted to additive-dominant model and was mainly controlled by additive genes. Dominant effect performed partial dominance. Recessive allels were helpful to increase GMP content.
