摘　　要：首先介绍了软件过程改进和管理复杂性理论的概念；接着从能力成熟度模型及其 实施系统方法论IDEAL模型分别分析了软件过程改进中的知识管理和组织学习；最后对软件 组织的知识管理进行了探讨,指出软件过程改进是通过有效地组织学习进行知识管理的有效 途径。This paper introduces the concepts of software process improvement and managing complexity etc., then the Capability Maturity Model of software and it s implementation system methodology IDEAL model are analyzed to understand the k nowledge management and organizational learning in software process improvement. Finally, knowledge management in software organization is discussed and it is c oncluded that software process improvement is an effective approach through orga nization learning for knowledge management.
