摘 要:目的 回顾性分析多层螺旋CT肝脏增强多期扫描成像质量 ,找出影响该图像质量的因素及相关关系。方法 选择我院完成的 2 45 6例肝脏增强多期扫描图像 ,分别对肝动脉期、门脉期进行成像质量评价。结果 当注射速度为3 .0ml/s、剂量为 1.5ml/kg时 ,大部分 (>70 % )病人能在注射开始后 2 3s与 45s获得满意的动脉期和门脉期图像。 结论 当以上述注射速度和剂量从肘静脉注射非离子型对比剂 (3 0 0mgI/ml)时 ,超过 70 %的病人肝动脉和门静脉对比剂达到峰值的时间分别为 2 6~ 2 8s和 48~ 5 0s。Purpose To evaluate the effective factors of image quality by interpreting the images of hepatic multiphases enhancement retrospectively. Methods All of 2456 cases were performed on multi slice helical CT, and multiphases including arterial and portal phase were acquired. All images of arterial and portal phase were respectively evaluated. Results Most images of arterial and portal phase (>70%) were excellent when scan delay time at 23s and 45s after injection with a 1.5ml/kg bolus of contrast material infused at 3.0ml/s. Conclusion The peak time of arterial and portal phase were 26-28s, 48-50s for most patients with the above mentioned dose and injection rate.
