摘　　要：为了满足现代化建设对各类人才的需求,提高国民素质,必须大力发展教育事业,使教育面向未来为此,要改革传统的学习方法,提高学习效能;掌握现代学习方法和技能;探索和建立新的教育形式,培养学生的创新精神和创新能力;树立终身教育的思想。Major efforts must be devoted to developing education and education must meet the need of future to satisfy the needs of all kinds of qualified personnel for modern construction and the improvement of national quality. So the traditional studying ways should be reformed and studying efficiency should be improved; modern studying ways and skills should be mas-tered; new educational forms should be explored and setup; Students' creative thought and ability should be developed and the thought of lifelong education should be established.
