摘 要:本文提出以 PTFE作为化学改进剂 ,悬浮体制样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法( GFAAS)测定食品中痕量 Cu、Zn、Mn的新方法。对 GFAAS测定 Cu、Zn、Mn的条件进行了优化。在选定的实验条件下 ,测定 Cu、Zn、Mn的特征质量分别为 3.1 pg、0 .8pg和 1 .8pg。采用水溶液工作曲线法直接分析了食品试样中的痕量 Cu、Zn、Mn,其测定结果与参考值相一致。本方法无需任何化学前处理 ,灵敏、简便。A procedure for copper, zinc and manganese determination in food samples by slurry sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) has been proposed. The slurries were prepared by weighing the samples directly into calibrated flasks, adding polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion with a final concentration of 6% (m/V), and then diluting to 5 mL with 0.1% (m/V) agar. The slurries were homogenized with an ultrasonic processor. The temperature programs were optimized on the basis of pyrolysis and atomization curves. The calibration curves were performed with aqueous standards. The characteristic mass ( m ch , 0.0044 absorption) of the proposed method were 3.1 pg for copper, 0.8 pg for zinc and 1.8 pg for manganese, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of copper, zinc and manganese in food reference materials (NIST SRM1567, 1568) and real food samples purchased from the local market. The analysis results agreed with the reference value and the spiked recoveries of real samples were between 95%~106%.
