摘 要:目的 选出适合于牙釉质与Plat铸造陶瓷 (PCC)之间的最佳粘接剂以及PCC表面的最佳处理方式。方法 选择三种粘接剂 ,对PPC采用不同的表面处理后分别与酸蚀的牙釉质粘接 ,检测其抗张粘接强度 (TBS) ,并通过扫描电镜 (SEM)及能谱分析 (EDS)对粘接机理进行探讨。结果 当选择TF粘接剂、PCC表面用氢氟酸酸蚀、牙釉质表面用磷酸处理时 ,得到的TBS值最高 ,为 14 .2 9± 1.5 9MPa。Objective To determine the best adhesive for PCC and the ideal surface treatment manner and to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods Three adhesives were the selected and Plat catable ceramics (PCC) wich defferent surface treatment were bonded to enamel respectively, and the tensile bond strength(TBS) between PCC and enamel was investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to examine bonding mechanisms.Results TF agent was the best one. The greatest TBS(14.29±1.59MPa) was obtained with TF agent when the surface of PCC was etched by hydrofluoric acid and enamel was etched by phosphoric acid.Conclusion This study provides the theoretical basis for the application of ideal bonding agent for PC and enamel.
