摘 要:将无损耗电阻器应用于直流电动机调速系统 ,采用瞬时值补偿控制方法 ,通过控制无损耗电阻器的输出 ,实现了电动机的转速控制 ,并改善了速度控制系统的动态特性。无损耗电阻器控制方案适用于要求无超调且响应快的系统 ,如某些机器人速度The loss less resistor (LLR) is applied to a DC motor speed control system. A instantaneous value compensation algorithm based on LLR is proposed.The change of the motor speed is realized by controlling the output of the LLR,and the energy loss in the system is reduced compared with using a power amplifier. Dynamic characteristics of the system are also improved. A overshoot of the system is eliminated and the response time of the system is reduced. The control method is suitable for systems that are demanded to have no overshoot but to have quite quick response, such as the robot speed position control system and some mechanical process control systems.
