摘 要:对来源于离子束介导的水稻转基因植株第 7代的 8个株系及原受体品种和两个对照水稻品种的穗颈节下第一节间维管束数量和光合速率进行比较研究。结果表明转基因株系的维管束数量比原受体品种和一个对照品种较多 ,且光合效率也较高 ,而且转基因株系维管束外围的薄壁细胞无论在数量上还是在形态上都比对照品种既多又大 ,所有这些都表明转基因株系不仅明显地区别于原受体品种而且优于原受体品种和对照品种 ,同时也暗示 C4 植物玉米的全套DNA转入The number of vascular bundles of the first internode below the peduncle and the photosynthetic effciency of 8 F 7 transgenic lines obtained through ion beam implantation and the original receptor and other two CKs were studied comparatively. The results showed that the number of the vascular bendles of the transgenic lines was obviously larger than those of the original receptor and one of the CKs, and the photosynthetic efficiency higher. Moreover, the parenchyma cells around the vascular bundle of the transgenic lines were more numerous in number and larger in size than those around those of the CKs. All these indicated that the transgenic lines were really different from and superior than the receptor and the CKs. They also snggested that transferring DNA from C 4 plant maize into C 3 plant rice is feasible.
