摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,时机的日益成熟,我国教育正在酝酿大的改革。这必然要求教育理论研究上的突破。教育产业论在这一背景下脱颖而出,却也引来了前所未有的争议。众多专家学者纷纷参加对“教育是不是产业”、“教育产业的进程”等问题的讨论,可谓仁者见仁、智者见智。本文从教育产业的内涵及特征、教育产业的起源和发展论、教育产业的效益论和利益论等角度,对教育产业的立论依据进行分析。With the development of the society, the education in China is undergoing a great reform, which requires a breakthrough in theoretical research. As a result, the theory about educational industry, which brings about unprecedented controversy, has come into being.
