摘　　要：本文研究 Banach 空间 X 中涉及摄动的具有不连续右端的常微分方程 Cauchy 问题,我们给出了满足非紧致条件算子和耗散算子之间的关系式.并利用这个结果,我们得到了由这类方程所描述的不连续的 Carathéodory 系统解的存在性。This paper discusses Cauchy problem of the differential equations for discontinuous right- hand involving perturbations in a Banach space The paper gives a relation between operators satisfying noncompactness conditions and dissipative operators.Using this result,this essay gets the existence of solution for discontinuous Carathéodory System described by these equations
