摘　　要：用PCR法获得编码乙型肝炎病毒C区不同蛋白的基因,利用基因重组技术构建表达这些蛋白的真核表达载体,并在高分化肝癌细胞株HepG2中进行了稳定表达。To furtherinvestigatethefunctionsof proteinsencodedby C openreadingframeof hepatitisB virus(HBV)in HBVinfectiouscycle,celllinesexpressingtheseproteinswereestablished.TheDNAfragmentsencoding25000,22000precore-coreand21000coreproteinrespectivelywereamplifiedfromplasmidpCP10whichcontainedHBVgenome,and insertedintoa eukaryoticexpressionvectorpcDNA-3,andthentransfectedintohepatomacelllineHepG2.Thetransformants wereselectedwithneomycin,andthreeisolatedcoloniesexpressingprecoreor coreproteinswereobtainedstably,whichwere demonstratedby immunohistochemistryandWesternblottinganalysis.
