摘　　要：随着生物技术的飞速发展,转基因食品在许多国家和地区上市,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。但由于转基因生物的生态风险,可能带来对环境和人体健康及安全问题,引起了世界性的所谓“生物安全”的争论。本文对转基因食品的优越性、生物安全性、基因逃逸、环境影响及生态效应等方面进行探讨,以促进转基因食品的健康有序发展。Our life takes more and more advantage of the fast development of biotechnogy. Genetically modified food that produced through botechnology appeared on the market of some coutries and cities,and gained significant social and economic benefit. Meanwhile, the biosafety of genetically modified living beings, the environmental problems that it may bring to, and the human health problems that it may affect, arouse the world discussing so called biosafety. We analysed the advantage and disadvantage of geneticaly modified beings and food.
