摘　　要：利用无规相近似 ,讨论了长波极限强磁场条件下垒 D-心的多电子效应 .发现垒 D-心的本征能量随朗道能级填充因子作周期性振荡 ,且温度的降低加剧了这种振荡 ;当填充因子为偶数时 ,其本征能量的绝对值最大 ,此时电子气对库仑势的屏蔽效应最弱 .The many electron effects on the barrier D - center in a strong magnetic field are investigated in the framework of static random phase and long wave limit approximation.It is found that the energy levels of the barrier D - center oscillate with Landau level filling factor.The decreasing of the temperature intensifies the oscillation.The electron gas screening on Coulomb potential can be weakened greatly when Landau level filling factor is an even number.
