摘 要:目的 :探讨MTS1基因在原发性膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)中的作用。方法 :应用PCR SSCP方法对 38例膀胱移行细胞癌标本p16基因的缺失进行分析。结果 :38例膀胱TCCs标本 31例有扩增产物 ,未观察到突变。突变率明显低于培养的膀胱癌细胞系。结论 :肿瘤细胞自原体转入培养环境的适应阶段MTS1基因突变可能有助于肿瘤细胞的增殖 ,在膀胱肿瘤细胞传代中起到重要作用 ,但MTS1基因突变在膀胱TCC的发生、发展中可能不起重要作用。Objective: To explore the role of MTS1 gene mutation in primary transitional cell carcinomas(TCCs) of the bladder. Methods: PCR SSCP method were used to detect the mutation of p16 gene in 38 specimens of primary TCCs of the urinary bladder. Results: The PCR products of gene were amplificated in 31 specimens from 38 specimens of the bladder TCCs and the mutation of gene was not observed. Conclusion: There is apparently the lower frequency of gene mutation in primary bladder cancer compared with the culture tumor counterparts. The MTS1 gene mutation confers a selective growth advantage during adaptation of tumor cells to culture and hence is probably an important in the generation of bladder cancer cell lines. But the mutation of MTS1 gene probably has not an important role in the genesis and progression of TCC of the urinary bladder.
