摘　　要：根霉在生长的后期会形成孢子 ,以往根霉的分离采用孢子繁殖法 ;本文依据根霉在生长时首先长出丝状菌体 ,并具蔓延、伸展的特性 ,采用菌丝切割移植方法 ,可以分离得优良根霉。同孢子分离法相比 ,可以简化操作程序 。Rhizopus can form spore during the vegetative anaphase.Before isolating the Rhizopus adopted spore reproductive system.In ferms of that thizopus firstly erupted spawn during the growing period and has the ertending quality,this article explains the cutting allochthonous system.It can isolate the excellent saccharified thizopus.Compared with spore reproductive system,it can simplify the operation and have a sound effort in practical application.
