摘　　要：红景天是一种具有保健作用的野生植物资源 ,提取其有效成分 ,配伍其他营养辅助因子 ,可制得风味独特、口感良好的保健茶固体饮品。试验对提取方法和产品配方等进行了主要研究。Rhodiola is a wild plant and ideal health source. Its effective compositions were extracted and added into other subsidiaries to develop natural health solid tea powder.the product has special nice flavour and high nutrition and healthy value.In this paper main processing technology,such as method of juice extraction and product formulation were studied.
