摘　　要：<新编大学英语>是浙江大学编著的一部全新的大学英语教材,其最显著特点是:通过"整合"外语教学,构建学生交际能力的"航空母舰".这也是大学外语教学改革和发展的趋势.New College English is an all new college English textbook compiled by Zhejiang University.The most extraordinary feature is to build up the 'carrier' of students' communicative competence through the integration and consolidation of all factors concerned in foreign language teaching. In analysing and appreciating New College English , teachers will easily grasp trends of the reforms and developments in college English teaching.
