摘　　要：如何认清中国远程教育的现状 ,了解中国与发达国家在远程教育方面存在的差距 ,明确入世后给中国远程教育带来的影响 ,这是中国远程教育工作者需要探讨的主要问题 ,也是制订中国远程教育发展战略的客观依据。中国远程教育的发展战略要根据中国经济。Recognizing the situation of China's distance education,understanding the gap between developed countries and China, darifying the impact after joinning WTO brings to China's distance education, these are the main issues China's distance education workers need to discuss,also are objective basis of China's distance education's developing strategy.The developing strategy of China's distance education needs to be formulated according to the reality of China's economy, social developing and distance education.
