营造现代远程开放教育教学环境的研究

摘　　要：本文结合江门市电大开展“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目研究工作,努力营造现代远程开放教育教学环境,以环境陶冶人,以环境塑造人,探索具有地市电大特点和可操作性的现代化教学环境建设方案。Combined with the project research work of″Reform on the mode for personnel training and pilot project of open learning″carried out by Jiangmen RTVU,thi s article approaches some constructive designs with RTVUs' features and easy to manage.It means to make concerted efforts to create a teaching environment of modern distance and open education to model and mould qualified personnel.
