摘　　要：目前，企业决策民主化已成为一种趋势，其原因包括：知识在决策中的作用越来越大，而决策者不可能拥有决策所需要的全部知识，因此要求企业决策民主化；人力资本所有者是企业风险的真正承担者，这就决定了人力资本所有者拥有企业所有权，从而导致企业决策权的民主化。At present, the democratizaion for business decision has become a tendency, which shows that the knowledgeworking in the decision plays a more important role, and the decision maker couldn' t have the all knowledge about thedecision. Meanwhile, the owner of human capital acts as the real agents for the risks of the business, which decides theownership of the business is belonged to the owner of human capital. And the democratization for business decisioncomes out.
