摘 要:研究了碘酸钾、碘化钾与孔雀石绿在盐酸介质中形成离子缔合物的最佳条件 ,并由此建立了一种测定碘酸钾的新方法。在试验条件下 ,碘酸钾浓度在 0~ 10 μg·ml- 1范围内服从比耳定律 ,线性相关系数为 0 .9991。方法具有简便、灵敏、准确的特点 ,可用于食盐中微量碘的测定。It was found that in a hydrochloric acid medium (0.025~0.10mol·L -1 ), potassium iodate reacts with KI to give KI 3, which further reacts with malachite green forming a binary ion association precipitate C 23 H 25 N + 2·I - 3. Carbon tetrachloride was used as solvent to extract the precipitete formed and its solution in CCl 4 showed an absorption maxima at 630nm. Under the optimum conditions for this reaction system, linear relationship between the absorbancy and concentration of KIO 3 in the range of 0~10μg per mililiter of solution with a relative coefficient of 0.9991 was found. The apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 1.79×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Based on these facts, a simple sensitive and accurate absorptiophotometric method for the determination of KIO 3 was proposed and it has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of table salt.
