摘　　要：以中介研究和人才培养模式这条核心线索作为切入点 ,依据与几个关键词有关的基本原理 ,澄清和纠正对素质教育与大学人才培养模式之间关系问题上存在的几种误区 ,并达成对两者关系的全新认识 ,从而为兼具目的理性和技术理性的大学人才培养模式的改革与重构 ,提供了新颖独到的见解和完整的框架 .In accordance with the understanding of medium research and professional talent training ,this article deals with some of misunderstandings about the relationship between quality education and professional talent training model,and then puts forward some original and complete framework about the reforms of university professional talent training models.
