摘 要:在适宜和亚适宜条件下 ,用 BBM、HGZ两种培养基对 3个不同品系的雨生红球藻培养 ,通过对生长速率、干重、叶绿素及虾青素累积量测定 ,比较不同培养基、不同培养条件对红球藻的生长与虾青素累积的影响 .结果表明 :BBM培养基比 HGZ培养基更适合营养生长 . 3个品系 ( H1 7、HPM、HPB)的平均生长速率比 HGZ培养基分别高 5 7.2 %、 2 8.97%、 1 8.1 % .培养 1 0 d,叶绿素含量增加 2 0 1 .9%~ 2 88.2 %、干重增加 38.8%~ 1 1 4 .3% .在高光强和缺氮条件培养 1 5 d后 ,用 HGZ培养基培养的 3个红球藻品系细胞的虾青素累积为 BBM培养基的 2 .0~ 2 .5倍 .实验结果也表明Under optimum and sub-optimum condition,three strains of Haematococcus pluvialis ( HPB、HPM、H1 7) were cultured in BBM and HGZ respectively.In order to compare the difference of the growth and astaxanthin accumulation on different media and culture condition,the average growth rate,dry weightand the contentsof chlorophyll and astaxanthin were investigated. Theresult showed that BBM medium wasmore fitto vegetative growth than HGZmedium.Compared with HGZ medium,The average growth rate of HPB、HPM、H1 7in BBM medium were increased by52 .7%、 2 8.97%、 1 8.1 % respectively. After cultured for 1 0 days,the contents of chlorophyll increased by 2 0 1 .9%~ 2 88.2 % and dry weight increased by 3 8.8%~ 1 1 4.3 % . Induced with high light intensity and nitrogen-deficient condition,the astaxanthin accumulation in the cell of three strains was2 .0~ 2 .5times high in HGZ than in BBM after1 5days.The experimentalso showed thatthe difference of the cell growth and astaxanthin accumulation also existed in different strains.
