摘　　要：本文对高校扩招、上调学费后 ,如何认识和保障教育消费者的权益作了探讨。提出了保护教育消费者权益关键要转变教育思想观念 ,核心是教育质量保障 ,出路在于进一步深化高等教育改革 。Concerning how to realize and protect the educated consumer′s privileges after colleges and universities enlarge the enrollments and raise tuition, this essay suggests the key is to change educational ideology, the core is to guarantee the educational quality, the strategy is to further develop high educational reform and appropriately tackle some basic relationships in practice.
