4100增压柴油机中冷系统的设计与试验研究

摘　　要：为 4 10 0增压型柴油机设计了中冷系统 ,并在发动机试验台上进行了外特性试验和排放试验。试验结果证明 ,所设计的中冷系统冷却效果明显 ,原机经加中冷系统后功率、油耗等指标均有所改善 ,排放指标达到欧Ⅰ标准。The design and test of an intercooling system on 4100 turbocharged diesel is introduced in this article.The emission test and the performance test of engine were done in the engine test bed.The result shows that the advantages of intercooler are clear.The power and the fuel consumption of diesel are improved after the charge cooling and the emissions are limited in Europe emission standards I.
