摘  要:目的 探讨甲状腺肿瘤中CD44V6、PCNA、E -cadherin和EGFR的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法对 5 6例甲状腺癌 ,其中 3 1例为有颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌 ,2 5例为无颈部淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌 ,17例甲状腺腺瘤和 10例正常甲状腺组织进行了CD44V6、PCNA、E -cadherin和EGFR检测。结果 癌肿组的CD44V6、PCNA和EGFR阳性率显著高于腺瘤组与正常组 ,(P <0 0 5 ) ;E -cadherin在恶性甲状腺肿瘤中的阳性率比它在良性甲状腺肿瘤中要低。结论 ①这 4个基因蛋白均与甲状腺肿瘤的良、恶性有关 ,可以作为甲状腺肿瘤良、恶性的鉴别诊断指标 ;②这 4个基因蛋白都与颈淋巴结转移密切相关 。Objective To invest the expression of CD44V6,PCNA,E-cadherin and EGFR in neoplasm of thyroid gland and their respective relationship with the metastasis of lymph node. Method We detected the expression of CD44V6,PCNA, E-cadherin and EGFR in 56 cases of carcinoma of thyroid, 17 cases of adenoma of thyroid and 10 cases of normal thyroid tissues. Results The expression features of CD44V6,PCNA and EGFR are similar:They all show significantly higher expression level in malignant thyroid tumor than in benign thyroid tumor or normal thyroid tissues. The exhibition of E-cadherin is lower in malignant thyroid tumor than in benign thyroid tumor. Conclusion ①These four proteins are all correlated with the thyroid tumor and can be used as a marker for judging the character of thyroid tumor. ②These four proteins are all correlated with the metastasis of cervical lymph node and can be used as a marker for estimating metastasis and prognosis.
