摘　　要：专利信息是人类智慧的结晶 ,是人类知识信息创造、加工、处理、传播与应用的引擎。我国高校面向市场 ,急需培养具有知识创新、技术创新、管理创新的高素质人才。专利信息的利用与掌握是高校大学生创新素质培养的重要手段之一。Patent information is crystallization of mankind's intelligence and an engine for creating processing spreading and applying of knowledge information. It is necessary for colleges and universities to educate talents with higher quality in knowledge, technological and managing innovation. Applying and grasping patent information is an important means to educate students with innovation quality.
